E. O’Brien Murray

E. O’Brien Murray is a licensed real estate broker for Laguna Realty, LLC. He has held senior positions in acquisitions, asset management, development and public affairs with leading real estate and hotel gaming companies, including Wafra Realty Advisory, Hilton Gaming (now Caesars) and Mirage Resorts, where he has been responsible for leading property development ventures and acquisitions throughout the United States.

Mr. Murray has nearly 20 years of experience in real estate. He is currently the founder of a real estate firm focusing on real estate development, investment sales and public affairs. Before forming his company, Mr. Murray performed real estate acquisitions for Wafra Investment Advisory, a $3 billion real estate fund.

Mr. Murray holds a Masters Degree in Real Estate from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts from Providence College.

Dean J. Sposato

Dean J. Sposato is a licensed real estate sales associate with Laguna Realty, LLC. He provides analysis and due diligence for commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions. Principle responsibilities include due diligence, research and financial analysis primarily in the three county area, commonly known as the Treasure Coast. Mr. Sposato spends a significant amount of time understanding county demographics, local zoning codes and economic growth patterns. He is responsible for developing client marketing plans and the overall operations of Laguna Realty.

Prior to joining Laguna Realty, Mr. Sposato was a principal of Highland Light Properties, LLC a real estate development firm focused primarily on projects in central Florida. Earlier in his career, he held several executive sales management positions in the technology software industry primarily focused in New York City and the United Kingdom. His clients included hedge funds, investment banks, insurance companies and asset managers.

Mr. Sposato holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Rhode Island.
